These venues are created to be beautiful for the bride and groom on their special day and the lighting is always adequate. As a photographer though, you must be flexible and willing to capture the memories as they are created; even if it is out of your comfort zone. For mountain weddings, do you have a crew that can help you carry equipment up into the mountains? If your clients want to skydive while taking their vows, are you set up for it?
